Moisture Intrusion in the ceiling of a sunporch...the deck framing from the balcony above the room had damaged the roofing material to create the leak. This had been an ongoing problem with numerous attempts made at repair. The contractor was present at the time of the imaging and the leak was fixed by the end of the day |

The darker area below the right corner of this south facing bathroom window is moisture penetration. Prior attempts were made by the builder to find the leak on this wall before the images were taken. The image enabled the builder by showing the location and pattern of the moisture |

Moisture intrusion at the ceiling of a vaulted living room...this is an oceanfront house....the moisture is the hot spot in the picture and was due to missing cap shingles at the roof gable...the cold spot nearby is where a square surface mounted stereo speaker is located |

This is a brand new cedar shake house. The dark line to the right of the window is moisture running down the corner of this chimney kickout. There was no caulking at the siding and trim which allowed moisture behind the siding...luckily the leak was found prior to any significant damage |
